Shipping policy
General Shipping Rules:
- All orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed for dispatch within 24 hours and delivered according to the specified timelines.
- Any order placed on the weekend after 5:00 PM on Saturday will be processed for dispatch on the following Monday or the next working day. Please note that there is no courier service or pickup on Sundays or government holidays, which can affect dispatch timelines due to the perishable nature of our products.
- Orders placed during festival months may experience delays in dispatch or delivery due to factors such as stock shortages or increased shipment volumes.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Any delay in delivery caused by incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping and Other Charges:
A shipping charge of Rs. 15/- per packet is applicable.
